Fall Into the Magic of

Summer Camps

Summer is the perfect season to slow down, step away from the daily rush, and build a stronger academic foundation. While the school year moves at a frantic pace, the summer months offer middle and high school students a unique opportunity to pause, refine essential skills, and gain confidence without the pressure of constant deadlines.

This summer, Donna is offering two focused and specialized summer camps designed to help students master the timeless arts of written communication.

Paragraphs that Perform

Paragraphs are the buildling blocks of any longer essay or written work, and writing them is not nearly as difficult as students and parents think.

In this workshop, students will learn about the five steps in the writing process, the necessary parts of a well-written paragraph, how to use graphic organizers to set the paragraph up for success, and the magic of edits and revisions. After all, great papers are made in the pre-writing and the revision and edits!

Donna uses a variety of techniques to teach paragraph writing, from memorization and hands-on learning to color coding and graphic organizers to personal guidance on individual projects.

All supplies are furnished. Classes are three hours a day from Monday through Friday.
